Hello Friends,
Today it is raining and that is fitting for how interesting our class really was. We learned so many things, built so many dreams, and succeded at all things while having fun. Real Estate was great for the times sake it didnt fly by like an instant though I will keep it in the back of my mind, not so distant though. Graduating hopefully will bring a lot of fun. Best of luck to everyone. Hopefully it doesn't rain but sun.
Have a good one,

Final Blog Post
This will be the last week that I have my internship, I actually have to make up some hours so I will make up the hours this week. Although, last week I did do my required hours for the week and continued to work on uploading content to their website. But I had to reformat all the sections which became quite annoying and time consuming.
Although, this is my last week, I feel that I've learned a lot about my internship. Some things that I didn't like and others that I did like. For instance, I didn't enjoy sitting at a desk for 5 hours not really talking to people during those 5 hours. I enjoyed having the responsibility to have my own work, which they depended on me to finish certain projects. In addition, I liked how my internship was kind of a relaxed environment but at times I felt too relaxed, and didn't know the boundaries of the internship. But overall I think it was a good experience to see how a non profit operates, and conducts themselves.

Final Blog Post
My last week as an internship student was a seamless transition to the professional world. I've been offered a job at unregular and along with that I will be working my other two low-time jobs that I've been working all along. So even if Unregular isn't where I end up staying forever, I think it will give me enough experience that I can take away to another job,
Over all, I had enough time this semester to finish school for the most part (there may be some missing credits after all, but i'll cross that bridge when i come to it.) and do an okay job at keeping my social and work life satisfied. My financial situation was a lot better than last year and I am very happy about that. Now that school is done, I feel like it will be easier to make more money.
In this semester I've learned a lot about myself and I'm glad I ended up where I am and I feel like I'll be okay.

LAST BLOG POST
My experience at Dig Boston was eye-opening for me. I started out being skeptical about interning a semester earlier than I was supposed to. I wanted the new experience, but I was not sure if I was ready. In the end I was glad that I took this one on. I learned quite a lot about myself through my internship at Dig Boston. I have learned that I am good at opinion writing. I have learned that I need to have more self-confidence and push myself more.
Looking back, I realize that there was a lot more I could have done in terms of writing articles. This realization has inspired me to challenge myself more from here on out. I really enjoyed the variety of assignments I was given. I learned about many styles of writing such as opinion pieces, reviews and interviews. I am considering starting a series this summer about the crowds I witness while working at the Comcast Center. My supervisor seemed intrigued by this idea, and I am excited to see how it turns out.

Where I am going
This past semester at
my internship with Fuseideas, I have learned a lot about both the Marketing/PR
world and about myself. Most importantly, I learned that I am worthy and
prepared to go into the workforce, which has been my biggest fear from the
start of this year. As I have mentioned in my final presentation, I am in the
running for a summer internship position that has the potential to turn into a
full-time job. Ever since my first interview, I have been terrified about
whether I get the job or not. Now that I am going back for a second interview
in a few days, I have been very nervous and reflecting a lot upon what I do
want to do with my life.
What I am learning is that
I do really want this opportunity, and it’s not just that I want a job—it’s
that I want a job with Fuseideas. In my first interview, the interviewer asked
me what my dream job was, and I had a hard time answering that question. What I
can answer now is what I like and don’t like. What I don’t like is a giant
agency that isn’t personal with their clients like Fuseideas is. I also don’t
like the idea of being a blood-thirsty marketing professional that it just
looking to make sales because that is not who I am. What I love about Fuseideas
is that they are small, they are friends with each other and that they are
passionate about what they do. I watched the president give a presentation for
an upcoming client meeting and it really impressed me how meaningful and
heartfelt it was. My dream job is to feel like that about the work that I am
doing and I think that I could achieve that at Fuseideas.
Last Week
Congrats everyone, it's been entertaining reading your blogs, and it's sad to have to say goodbye to all of you. I hope you've all learned as much as me from my internship, or at least learned what you don't want to do in life.
As far as my internship, I had a very good last time at the TR as an intern. I'm proud to say that today was the first time I was paid for working anywhere in my life. Because of my legal status in the US, I can only work for a year in this amazing country. I saved this year for after my graduation so that I could stay in the country as long as possible. I will be working at the TR or somewhere else for the next year and I will be applying to grad school in the meantime.
The Outdoor Bootcamp finally started and it was interesting to help out with. 40 people at a park is hard to control, but with Maren, Heidi and I there it goes pretty smoothly. If anyone has questions one of us is always around to answer or give directions. As an athlete I am able to duplicate the exercises that they give to the clients, so I can help demonstrate for the class. I'll be around as much as can for the TR, but I think I'll be at the Bootcamp throughout as much of the summer as I can.
Hope everyone has an awesome summer! As a senior, this is it for me.
Final thanks,
-Christian

Blog #14 – FINAL BLOG-, Cheers Everyone!
I really thought last week's blog was the last blog for the class.
But that's okay. After listening to everyone's presentation, I was
surprised to see that a lot of people had similar experiences as I
did during my internship. The most important thing that I've learned
throughout this class is that whether or not we had good or bad
experiences, we can all look at it as a learning opportunity/experience. My internship evaluation as well as my self evaluation were
very helpful in that I was able to depict my individual strengths and
weaknesses and work on each accordingly. I have also prepared myself
for working with different personalities in my future career. Because
the truth of the matter is, I'm sure there will be a time when I
don't get along with a co -worker or when a conflict will arise.
Overall, taking all that I've learned in this year's internship
seminar would be very beneficial to my career. I'm ready for any
obstacles ahead of me. Lastly, seeing as though that this is a senior class, I just want to wish everyone the best. It was a pleasure being in class with you guys and hearing all your stories :)
One more time
So we have reached the end of our class and for me I have reached the end of my degree. It is a very surreal experience. I can't believe I am finally here. There is just so much I want to do after I graduate. I want to move, explore, be successful, have failures. I want to start living my life as adventurously as possible and never settle for less.
I have learned so much from this course. It was very much spiritual compared to my last internship seminar. This definitely had a lot more involved to learn from. I was glad to learn from many others experience through the course and it was great to meet so many interesting people.
I really hope to live a happy and successful life and wish everyone the best through there lives as well.
Good Luck Everyone!

the end, only to begin again
As my internship ended last friday, I felt a sense of relief and freedom realizing all the opportunities I can further grow upon. My internship has taught my a lot of lessons, from textbook definition to life lessons and concepts that can only be learned through experience rather than in a classroom. I have now created a list of possible jobs at corporations and businesses that I would be interested in the future. The biggest lesson I learned from class and my internship is that the mission statement, objectives and goals of the organization is what helps to drive you (the employee) to stay motivated, efficient and valuable to the organization. When you agree and support the organizations' deeper responsibility and objectives, you feel a sense of belonging as well as a motivation to continue doing work to help the success of the organization. I have now looked at all of my potential jobs through their mission statements, as I can grasp a better sense of where I belong.
Goodluck in all of your job searches!

Seniors Seniors!
Hello All,
Hope your internships were fulfilling and exciting. As we wind down class and the semester I just want to say that my internship was rewarding. Currently I am half way done with my 40 hours of real estate classes. Once I finish on Sunday night I will be able to take the salesperson exam. After passing this exam I will by law be able to sell real estate in the state of Massachusetts.
My internship site provided me with the previous knowledge to feel confident in pursing this license. Once graduation is through I will be working for a brokerage and specifying in rental properties. Also I would like to eventually move into co selling a house.
So long and farewell to my Senior colleagues! Good luck to you in the future. Signing off forever.
GOOD NIGHT AMERICA!

It has come to my attention that my last week blog did not post. I have a witness in classmate Matthew Boyer that I was on the student center computer and it shut down without allowing a post. This news is new to me today after reviewing all previous posts.

Final Blog
It is a bittersweet feeling writing this final internship blog. I am glad for the semester to be over and have summer break but it also means my experience at the site is over. I have really enjoyed working with my supervisor and the other employees at Fitness Together. I know I achieved my goals I set at the beginning of the semester which includes gaining more experience as well as establishing more contacts in the field. I know my hard work really made a difference and I will continue to use the tools I learned going forward in my professional career.
On another note through my hard work I was able to secure an internship at the Boston Soccer Institute next Fall. I am excited for this opportunity and am eager to start next fall. I know if I had not done a good job at my current internship I would have never been able to get this one. It just goes to show that you must give 110% at everything you do because you never know what it will lead to. Again, this was a great semester with Professor Snyder and all the great information she gave us.

The end is near
Now that this school year is coming to an end, my internship has finished. I have enjoyed my year at Simmons College and have learned so much that I will carry onto my future experiences. I am officially finished with one of my classes and will be finishing the other two this week. I am very excited to be finishing my last semester as a college undergrad student. However I know that I am not done with my education.
I received a Graduate Assistantship at a college in Kansas, where I will be going to grad school for my MBA. I am very excited that I will be working and receiving my education paid for. This is something that I have always wanted, and am very happy to receieve. I am excited for graduation and to see what opportunities come to be.
