Hi my name is Jared Winston, a senior here at Lesley. I am majoring in Business Management with a specialization in Sports Management and a Health minor. This semester I will be interning at Fitness Together in Cambridge, MA. This is a private studio that specializes in personal training as well as holding workshops at various locations in the community. Being an athlete I am into keeping in shape and wanted to learn to ins and outs of the fitness industry. I will not only get hands on experience working with clients but I will also be helping with marketing the business to build a bigger cliental list.
My main goals for the semester are to gain experience in the fitness community as well as expand my knowledge of the science behind the movements. More importantly though I would like to establish a solid relationship with various contacts to help me get my foot in the door upon completion of the internship.
