Lesley Internship Seminar

My name is Matthew Boyer i am a junior here at lesley university.  My major is business management with a specialization in sports management, marketing, and Not-For-Profit management.  My internship is at a real estate company in boston called Jacob Realty.  Last summer i passd my real estate test and earned my real estate license.  During my internship i hope to learn many things.  Some of th things i hope to learn are listed below:
   I hope to learn new marketing techniques.
  I want to sit down with my supervisor and discuss how he is using technology to his advantage.
  I am also hoping to get a better understanding of the housing and apartment market here in boston.
           Along with real estate i am also trying to learn way to manage a team.  My supervisor manages a group of agents and i want to hear from him what it takes to manage a group of diverse personalities.

My mission statement
           "I want to live a stable life and have a great family while maintaining my happiness.  I hope that my innovative marketing ideas and Failure is not a option attitude will help me pave the way to living a great life.  With great salesperson skills along with personal skills I want to set up a  network of people that will allow me to know a great deal of people in many different fields.  When i die i hope that my children's kids can live a worry free life because of all the hard work i put in while i was alive.
