Lesley Internship Seminar

This week at my internship we started the recruitment process.  We looked up real estate schools in the boston area, and the day and times they offer classes.  We picked out 3 times that me and my site supervisor throught we peak times where the most traffic would be entering and exiting the schools.  We created flyers and printed out business cards that me and my supervisor can hand out.  We are hoping to convince people to join our company once they finish their real estate schools.  We picked out some points about our company that put us ahead of the competition that would attract perspective students to join our company.
