            During the first couple weeks of internship, I have been completing different tasks within my internship.  I have been helping type up payroll so that it is in a file, along with getting contracts made up for the upcoming sports year.  Something that I liked this past week at my internship was making flyers for an upcoming game.  The theme was Valentines Day.  It was interesting and I created a flyer that was catchy and unique.

            I have learned how an athletics office runs payroll, and how they keep track and how much money coaches are suppose to make. It is a lot of behind the scenes work, however it is interesting.  The only thing is it is a desk job and I complete a lot of work on the computer instead of hands on work.  Other than that I am enjoying what I am doing at Simmons College.

            My supervisor is very helpful towards what I am doing and if I need help.  Some days she is in and out of the office which leaves me to complete the task lists that she gives me.  I like that she is holding me responsible for getting these tasks completed.  It lets me know that she trust me in the work given.
