Fourth Week

This week at the TR I got the opportunity to actually visit a potential new location so that the company can expand and take in new clients. We walked around the location and looked at potential pros and cons of the area. One of the main cons was the fact that the heating bill might be through the roof because of how "open" the upper part of the room is and it is a very large area. The biggest pro was definitely the location. It is in a very popular area and it is not too far from the first location. So having clients at both locations is not that bad because the drive is short. The main problem is now finding the right employees to take more clients.

I have now been given another project where I go through the list of people that replied to a survey. I take down their email and "comp" them a free outdoor bootcamp class. This not only rewards the clients that gave us feedback, but also gives them the chance to try out the bootcamp and potentially get them interested in purchasing more outdoor sessions.

I've been logging in hours from my computer which is nice, but I'd still like to go in more when I have time. Right now it's a little harder because I am in the middle of volleyball season, but I can make some early morning slots to help out. I am excited to get it all done and have done something quickly so that my supervisors feel like I am doing what they ask in a timely manner.

Thanks.
