This past
week at Simmons I have been doing some of the similar things. I have been creating excel sheets for the
payroll to keep track of how much each assistant coach is getting paid over
their time of work during the year. It
actually has been fun learning about how the assistant athletic director does
payroll. It has been nice learning her
day to day activities that she takes part in.
The new
task that I have been working on is creating a powerpoint that will be shown to
all the coaches to explain the rules and regulation of NCAA. This is very exciting to me because I get to
learn more in debt about the rules. The
two main topics is the recruiting rules and the off season and in season
practice times and games. I have been learning about things that I didn’t know
came into effect. I look forward to my finishing of the project.
