Learning The Cycle of Change

As many relatives of mine ask how my internship is going this semester I simply reply "good," as it has become an automatic response for me. As I explained before, I have learned so much from my internship and as I analyze more and more each week how my personality and skills fit into my internship and what I learn I realized that I am in the "deal" part of the cycle of change. With my first internship I am experimenting on what I'd like to do for a living, training on how to use creativity but also follow the mission of the company, and network among people in the business world. I also realized that I am near the "play the hand" phase as well though, it is becoming clear of my goals for a future career as well as what steps I need to accomplish next to help reach those goals. I am grateful for such a good first internship experience, as it has helped me to clarify what I want for the future as well as helping me define my work ethics and experience. As for the near future, dealing and playing the hand will continue to to alternate in my life.
