week 8

every week at the radio station it seems like i have more and more responsibility.  i've been racing around learning more and more things every day. and it's hasn't bee like school with the information i learn goes in one ear and out the other, this is stuff that i actually think about and have original ideas with.
i've been learning about sound engineering and how to set up bands to play live on the radio. also the etiquette that goes along with that, like telling the bands when to be quiet and directing them on when to play and to get them to move along when they're done playing so we can set up for the next band.
i also recently started learning more in terms of social media networking for big companies. Things like bulk uploading where you make templates for updates that can be set to a timer. this way facebook, twitter, and every other media site you're linked to gets updated at the same time. my supervisor told me that every company uses this method so it's a good thing to put on my resume to show what i can do.
